Fountain Park Fountain Maintenance

The City of Rock Hill is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide fountain maintenance at Fountain Park located in Downtown Rock Hill. The scope of work includes regular maintenance, repairs, and replacement of parts as needed. The initial term of the contract is 36 months with two 12-month options. The city is looking for a company that can provide high-quality maintenance services, has experience with similar projects, and can meet the city's requirements for insurance, licensing, and safety. • The contractor will be responsible for cleaning the fountain pool, supplying and adding chemical supplementation, and testing equipment to ensure proper functioning. • The contractor will also be responsible for providing a pricing structure for repair parts and labor. • The city reserves the right to reject any proposal that does not meet the mandatory requirements. • The evaluation criteria include experience and past projects, approach to project and capacity, regular maintenance cost, labor costs for repairs, and parts costs for repairs.
