Description
The State of South Carolina is soliciting bids for Relativity software and eDISCOVERY services. The contract will be for an initial period of one year with four additional one-year renewal options. The successful bidder will provide services to multiple state agencies, including the Attorney General's Office, Department of Health and Human Services, and Department of Administration. The services will include hosting, support, and maintenance of the Relativity platform, as well as data migration and archiving. The bidder must demonstrate experience and expertise in providing similar services to government agencies.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable bid.

• The bidder must provide pricing for all services, including hosting, support, and maintenance.
