Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide interior plant maintenance services for its Administration & Licensing offices located at 2715 Gunter Park Drive West, Montgomery, AL. The work includes weekly visits to water, clean, dust, and prune the listed plants, maintain fertilization and insect‑control programs, and replace any unsightly plants with comparable varieties. All containerized plants must have protective inner vinyl trays, Spanish moss topdressing, and pine‑bark mulch for in‑ground plantings. The contract runs from early May through the end of September 2026, with monthly billing based on the agreed‑upon per‑month rate.
