Description
The Ohio Department of Administrative Services is seeking a contractor to provide printing, inserting, collating, and mailing services for approximately 6,000 Ohio Aircraft Registration Applications. The contractor will be responsible for printing the applications and mailing envelopes, as well as inserting the provided info card inserts into the envelopes. The project requires a quick turnaround, with delivery requested by December 1st, 2025. Key requirements include:
• Printing 6,000 applications on 11 x 8.5 white printing paper, double-sided
• Printing mailing envelopes with address artwork in color
• Inserting info card inserts into the envelopes
• Delivering 6,000 mailings to the United States Postal Service Business Mail Entry Unit
• Compliance with Intelligent Mail Package Barcode (IMPB) requirements
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
