Description
The Ohio Air Quality Development Authority seeks a qualified graphic‑design contractor to create, layout, and produce its 2026 annual report (approximately 32 pages). The contractor will work from provided copy, photos, branding assets, and must deliver print‑ready, web‑optimized, and editable source files while adhering to branding, accessibility, and data‑residency requirements. The engagement includes concept development, custom graphics, revisions, and final delivery by early April 2027.
• Design and layout of a 32‑page annual report, including cover, interior pages, infographics, and data visualizations.
• Production of multiple file formats (print‑ready PDF, web‑optimized PDF, optional accessible PDF, and editable native files).
• Coordination of review cycles, incorporation of feedback, and transfer of all deliverables by April 2 2027.
• Mandatory compliance with Ohio’s Executive Order 2022‑02D (no Russian entities, U.S. data residency) and provision of professional liability insurance and references.
