The U.S. Department of Transportation is seeking a woman‑owned small business to provide comprehensive graphic‑design support services for its Office of Facilities, Information, and Asset Management. The contractor will staff the effort with two full‑time Graphic Designer II resources, one on‑call Graphic Designer II, and a Graphic Design Manager, delivering design, layout, print production, digital media, and Section 508‑compliant deliverables. This is a fixed‑price, stand‑alone contract with hourly billing rates; payment is based on actual hours worked, and the contract includes a base year with up to four one‑year options. The work will be performed on‑site at DOT headquarters in Washington, D.C., and must comply with DOT security, insurance, and reporting requirements.
