SSC - Javelina House Demo Kingsville - Texas A&M University Kingsville Campus

The Texas A&M University System is seeking a contractor to perform demolition, salvage, and removal of rubbish and debris at the Javelina House on the Texas A&M University-Kingsville campus. The project includes the demolition of the existing structure, salvage of identified items and materials, and removal of resulting rubbish and debris. The project start date is expected to be early April, but the finish date is to be determined. • The project requires a Competitive Sealed Proposal. • A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 3/10/2026 at 10:00 AM. • Inquiries regarding the submission process and technical aspects of the construction documents should be directed to the SSC Project Manager and A/E Contact, respectively. • The project includes a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) subcontracting plan requirement.
