Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for two state-leased buildings in Trenton, Missouri. The contractor will be responsible for providing evening janitorial services, including daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks, to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for the buildings and their occupants. The contractor must have at least two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 9,500 square feet. The contract period is for one year, with the option to add or delete buildings and areas as needed.
