Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,000,000

The budget for this opportunity can be estimated based on the quantities and unit prices provided in the bid document. The total quantity of sidewalk replacement is 4,000 square yards, and the unit price is not specified. However, assuming an average unit price of $50 per square yard, the total budget for sidewalk replacement would be $200,000. Additionally, there are other items such as barrier-free ramps, retaining walls, curb and gutter, flex base material, and sod replacement, which would add to the total budget. Assuming an average total budget of $500,000 to $1,000,000, the contractor can expect to earn a significant amount for completing the work. The actual budget will depend on the bid prices submitted by the contractor and the quantities of work actually performed.
