Description
The State of Maryland's Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking data telecommunications services to provide connectivity to State locations served by a State data aggregation facility. The selected Master Contractor will be required to provide services that meet or exceed the technical requirements described in the Data Telecommunications Services Master Contract. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing key personnel, maintaining end-to-end network availability, and providing maintenance support to the locations specified in the PORFP.
• The services provided shall be maintained in such a manner as to ensure they are highly available.
• The PO Contractor shall maintain end-to-end network availability at a 99.7% uptime for each installed circuit.
• The PO Contractor shall provide maintenance support to the locations specified in this PORFP on a 24x7x365 basis.
• The PO Contractor shall furnish services required in accordance with the requirements described in section 2.8 in the RFP.
