Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Wildlife is seeking quotes for rolls of conveyor belt. The conveyor belt should be 3/330 3/16in x 1/16in, 36” wide, and 200’ long, with a total quantity of 12 rolls. The price per 200’ roll should include shipping and handling to 19 E Kawili St, Hilo, HI 96720. The belt should have a minimum pulley diameter of 18.00 in and a tension rating of 330 PIW. The top cover should be black SBR grade 1, and the bottom cover should be black SBR. The belt should be able to withstand temperatures between -25°F and 225°F.
• The conveyor belt should be 3-ply, with a top cover thickness of 3/16 in and a bottom cover thickness of 1/16 in.
• The belt should have a smooth top cover and a smooth bottom cover.
• The belt should be able to withstand a minimum pulley diameter of 18.00 in at 80-100% tension.
• The belt should be able to withstand a minimum pulley diameter of 16.00 in at 60-79% tension.
• The belt should be able to withstand a minimum pulley diameter of 12.00 in at 59% tension or below.
• The belt should have a splice step size of 8.00 in and a splice process of strap hot.
