Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office issued an RFQ for the production of ten sets of high‑resolution, gloss‑laminated damage‑control plotting plates for the U.S. Coast Guard cutter CGC Harriet Lane (WMEC 903). Each set consists of 30 sheets printed in four‑color process on specified JCP paper, laminated on both sides, trimmed, packaged, and shipped to Honolulu, HI. The contractor must meet Quality Level III standards, provide a press‑quality PDF proof for review, and deliver the finished sets by 13 August 2026.
• Quantity: 10 sets (≈300 sheets total)
• Printing: Digital or offset, minimum 150‑line screen, ≥1200 dpi × 1‑bit or 600 dpi × 4‑bit, CMYK on one side only
• Paper & Laminate: JCP L23 (80 lb) or optional K10 (110 lb); 5‑mil gloss laminate on both sides, ¼‑in over‑hang
• Packaging/Shipping: Pack ≤ 40 lb per container, label per GPO Form 905, ship to USCGC Harriet Lane, Honolulu, HI
• Delivery Deadline: 13 August 2026 (FOB destination)
