Addendum 1: Fire Headquarters Bunkroom and Bathroom Remodel RFQ

The City of Dubuque is seeking a qualified firm to provide construction drawings, specifications, and bidding documents to upgrade Fire Headquarters bunk rooms and bathrooms. The project will modify two current "open Concept" bunkroom spaces into individual sleeping quarters with individual electric and technology needs, and will also modify a male and female bathroom/shower space into 4 unisex bathroom/shower spaces. • The project requires construction drawings, specifications, and bidding documents. • The bunk rooms will be modified into individual sleeping quarters with individual electric and technology needs. • The bathrooms will be modified into 4 unisex bathroom/shower spaces. • The project is intended to provide quiet space/sleeping space for the department firefighter paramedic staff working 24-hour shifts.
