South Ark Neighborhood Owner's Representative

The City of Salida is seeking an Owner's Representative to manage the South Ark Neighborhood development project. The representative will oversee project execution, ensure alignment with adopted housing goals, and support successful delivery of Phase 1. The project aims to create a competitive selection process for developers, ensure positive project cash flow, and achieve the Planned Development housing objectives, including affordability, density, and design standards. Key responsibilities include developer selection, financial and project management, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. • Manage developer selection and oversee project execution • Ensure alignment with adopted housing goals and support successful delivery of Phase 1 • Create a competitive selection process for developers • Ensure positive project cash flow and achieve Planned Development housing objectives • Oversee design review, infrastructure planning, and construction phasing • Act as primary liaison between the City, developers, engineers, builders, and the community
