Description
Gwinnett County, Georgia is seeking a qualified vendor to supply storm‑water pipe on an open‑end, annual “as‑needed” basis. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and will run for an initial term (unspecified) with up to four optional 12‑month renewals. All pipe must meet GDOT and ASTM specifications and be shipped FOB Destination with a 14‑day delivery window after order receipt. Vendors must provide multiple affidavits, three project references, and comply with E‑Verify and ethics disclosures.
• Pipe types include reinforced concrete pipe, HDPE pipe, and aluminized corrugated metal pipe in a range of diameters and lengths.
• Pricing must be quoted per linear foot, inclusive of freight; delivery must be notified at least 4 hours in advance.
