Haemonetics Cell Saver Elite Blood Recovery System

The State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University is seeking to purchase a Haemonetics Cell Saver Elite Blood Recovery System. The system includes a Cell Saver Elite+ Blood Recovery System and a Cell Saver Elite Cart. The university is looking for a vendor to provide this system, and interested parties are invited to contact the Hospital Purchasing Department. The successful contractor will be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms, as well as complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility and New York State’s Tax Law Section 5-a. • The system must include a Cell Saver Elite+ Blood Recovery System and a Cell Saver Elite Cart • The contractor must submit valid and current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms • The contractor must complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility and New York State’s Tax Law Section 5-a • The system will be used at SUNY Upstate Medical University and related locations • The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, also known as the Lobbying Law
