NUISANCE ABATEMENT - DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES - 1861 LA SALLE STREET, MOBILE, ALABAMA 36606

The City of Mobile’s Municipal Enforcement Department is seeking a qualified contractor to perform full‑service demolition of all structures located at 1861 La Salle Street. The work includes wet demolition, removal of footings and slabs, utility disconnection and capping, debris removal, and compliance with sediment, erosion, and lead/asbestos handling requirements. The contractor must submit before/after photos, waste shipment records, and all close‑out documentation. • Complete demolition of existing building(s) and associated foundations. • Disconnect, cap, and certify sanitary sewer, water, and gas utilities. • Provide environmental controls (sediment/erosion, lead‑based paint/asbestos BMPs) and proper waste disposal. • Deliver photographic evidence and required paperwork for final acceptance.
