Description
The 341st Contracting Squadron, Malmstrom Air Force Base (AFB), Montana is contemplating a solicitation for a multiple award contract (MAC) for vertical construction of structures and facilities, repair, maintenance, and alteration of real property assets. The contract will have a basic ordering period of five years and one option period of two years, with a total contract period of seven years. The MAC will be solicited under the 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) NAICS code with a small business size standard of $45,000,000. The aggregate MAC capacity will not exceed $50M.
