The Malvern Water Works is seeking a single prime contractor to design and construct a new submersible lift station (Sullenberger Lift Station), including associated electrical controls, a standby power generator, and valve/piping work. Bids are sealed and must be submitted by June 2, 2026. The scope includes all civil, mechanical, and electrical components required to bring the lift station into full operational status. • Construct a new submersible lift station with mechanical and structural elements. • Install electrical controls, standby generator, and related power distribution. • Provide all valve, piping, and site‑work necessary for integration with existing wastewater system. • Deliver a lump‑sum, unit‑price bid for the complete scope; no partial sets of documents will be provided. • Bidding documents available for inspection at Crist Engineers, Inc.
