Description
The City of Marlborough is inviting electronic sealed bids from contractors for the Crack Sealing of Various Streets in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The work consists of furnishing all experienced labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all operations in connection with cleaning, vegetation removal, and sterilization of cracks where necessary and sealing of construction and random cracks in hot mix asphalt. The contractor shall seal cracks on the streets as set forth within the bid documents. Key points to consider include:
• The estimated value of the project is $350,000.00.
• MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as Crack Sealing is required.
• Bids are subject to M.G.L., c. 30, §39M, and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L c.149, §26 through 27H inclusive.
