Description
The City of Quincy is seeking a qualified contractor to provide complete landscape planting and irrigation improvements along Newport Avenue. The scope includes site preparation, grading, drainage considerations, soil placement, installation of plant material, and design and installation of an irrigation system across approximately 2,300 linear feet of roadway frontage.
• Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals needed for full landscape and irrigation installation.
• Address existing grades and drainage while preparing planting areas ranging from 4 ft to 15 ft in width.
• Deliver a functional irrigation system that meets municipal standards and integrates with existing infrastructure.
• Complete work within the project’s timeframe, adhering to city specifications and applicable codes.
• Submit a sealed bid by the deadline; bids will be opened publicly at the submission time.
