RFQ Notice: HVAC Services at the Neilson Plaza (Parking Utility)

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking a service maintenance agreement for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services at the Neilson Plaza (Parking Utility). The contractor is required to change all return air filters on rooftop equipment to high-efficiency filters and perform complete system maintenance on all equipment quarterly. The contractor must also be available to provide emergency services 24 hours, 7 days a week. • The contract period shall be for two years, commencing on April 9, 2026, and expiring on April 8, 2028, with two one-year renewal options. • The contractor must have experience, technical expertise, and a good reputation in the field. • The contractor must provide proof of business registration and insurance. • The contractor must be available to provide emergency services 24 hours, 7 days a week.
