Description
The Indian Health Service is soliciting sealed bids for a firm-fixed-price construction contract for the Scattered Site Well Drilling project. The project involves drilling a 6-inch nominal diameter individual water well to an approximate depth of 400 feet, installation of casing and screen, placement of filter pack and grout seal, well development, test pumping, water quality testing, and installation of a submersible pump and associated components. The contractor must possess a valid California C-57 Water Well Drilling Contractor License and be actively registered in SAM.gov at the time of award. The period of performance is 70 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
• The project requires a bid guarantee, performance bond, and payment bond.
• The bid due date is July 24, 2026.
• A site visit is scheduled for June 10, 2026.
