BVRI - Demolition Services 2026

The Maryland Stadium Authority is seeking qualified contractors to provide abatement and demolition services for properties identified and selected under the Baltimore Vacants Reinvestment Initiative. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to establish a pool of pre-qualified contractors eligible to participate in subsequently issued Requests for Proposals for specific abatement and demolition projects. • The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience providing prime contracting services on abatement and demolition projects. • The contractor must have experienced personnel available to manage multiple projects in various stages of demolition and construction simultaneously. • The contractor must be authorized to do business in the State of Maryland and have a valid Demolition Certificate issued by Baltimore City. • The contractor must meet or exceed the insurance requirements as set forth in the sample RFP. • The contractor must submit a Statement of Qualifications, including a transmittal letter, corporate profile, project experience, personnel experience and qualifications, and certificates of liability insurance and bonding capacity.
