The City and Borough of Wrangell is seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide complete design, permitting, construction‑administration, and inspection services for the renovation of three K‑12 schools (Evergreen Elementary, Stikine Middle, and Wrangell High). The scope includes schematic design through bid‑ready documents, value‑analysis, energy‑efficiency compliance, commissioning plans, and full construction‑administration support. The project will be funded through a mix of local bonds, state DEED grants, and HUD CDBG funds, requiring SAM registration for the HUD portion.
• Full‑service A‑E design (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, cost estimating) for three school renovation projects.
• Required deliverables: 35 % schematic, 65 % design development, 95 % construction documents, 100 % bid‑ready set, LCCA analyses, commissioning plan, and construction‑administration services.
