Description
The Washington County Public Works Department seeks a qualified engineering consultant to provide full‑service project coordination, preliminary engineering, final design, stakeholder and public engagement, and utility coordination for the CSAH 18 (Bailey Road) at CSAH 19 (Woodbury Dr.) roundabout modification. The scope includes data collection, on‑site coordination, utility locate and relocation, drainage design, wetland delineation if needed, preparation of 60 %, 90 % and final construction plans, cost estimating, permitting assistance, and construction‑phase support such as shop‑drawing review and as‑built documentation. The consultant must manage monthly project‑team meetings, produce a Quality Management Plan, and deliver all design files in MicroStation/ORD format. The schedule runs from an October 2026 RFP release, with contract award anticipated December 2026, design completion by May 2027, and construction beginning July 2027.
