Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information on sources capable of providing Insufflators for the VA Long Beach Healthcare System. The VA is looking for companies that can provide the required supplies and meet the draft salient characteristics described in the attachment. Interested companies should provide information about their capabilities, size status, and representations, as well as any additional feedback or suggestions.
• The VA is seeking information on Insufflators, specifically the AS-IFS1 AirSeal iFS1 120V model.
• Companies should provide their capabilities statement, illustrating how they can meet the draft salient characteristics.
• The VA is also seeking information on the company's size status, such as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), HUBZone, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), or Large Business.
• Companies should indicate if they are the manufacturer, authorized distributor, and/or can provide a solution to the required supplies.
