The City of Garland is seeking bids for the water pipebursting project on Arborview Dr, Cherryhill Ln, Foxe Basin Dr, Ontario Dr, and Suncrest Dr. The project involves the installation of new water mains using the pipebursting method. The contractor will be responsible for excavating insertion and receiving pits, bursting existing utility pipes, backfilling, compaction, and hauling off excess trench spoils.
