Request for Statement of Qualifications Professional Engineering/Architectural/Planning/Design Services for Construction of New Emergency Operations Center (EOC)

The City of St. Joseph, MO is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms interested in providing professional services including but not limited to planning, preliminary consultation, complete design services, and construction management/services for the construction of a new Emergency Operation Center (EOC). The selected firm will be required to provide a detailed explanation of how their services will be performed and provide a timeline for completing the project, identifying major milestones and deadlines. The firm must also provide a minimum of five references from previous clients within the past five years and upload relevant information on sub-consultants they will employ for this project. • The project includes the construction of a new Emergency Operations Center (EOC) • The Design Professional will complete the design phase of the construction within four months of the notice to proceed • The construction is anticipated to begin late 2026, with completion in Spring, 2027 • The firm must be registered in the State of Missouri and licensed to perform architectural and/or engineering services • The firm must provide a certified statement that the architect and engineers are not disbarred, suspended, or otherwise prohibited from professional practice by any federal, state, or local agency
