Refurbishment of a Building – First Phase at Portoviejo, Manabí – Ecuador

The U.S. Embassy Quito is seeking a contractor to refurbish a building in Portoviejo, Manabí, Ecuador. The project includes preliminary work, walls reparation and construction of new walls, floors renovation, paint and coatings for finishes, doors and windows, and hydraulic and sanitary systems. The contractor will be responsible for completing all work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services required under this purchase order. The contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. • The project requires the contractor to complete all work within 90 days. • The contractor must provide a performance and payment bond. • The contractor must comply with all laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations applicable to the performance of the work. • The contractor must provide proof of SAM registration. • The contractor must submit a quotation, including a breakdown of the price by divisions of specifications.
