The City of Salina is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, and train city staff on one new diesel‑powered rotary rough mower with an individual deck for its municipal golf course. The mower must meet detailed technical specifications (≥55 HP diesel engine, 7‑deck 150‑in. cutting width, 22‑gal fuel tank, power steering, automatic traction control, and mandatory accessories). The vendor must also provide digital manuals, on‑site training, a minimum one‑year warranty, and may optionally receive a trade‑in credit for an existing 2018 Toro mower. Delivery is FOB destination; all transportation costs are the vendor’s responsibility, and the bid price must exclude Kansas sales tax.
