Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services is offering a one-time lot sale contract for the purchase of 1 LOT of pad mount transformers at Selfridge Air National Guard Base. The transformers are classified as non-PCB per 40 CFR 761 and are intact and unbroken. The purchaser will be responsible for removal of the transformers, and the Government will not load. The contract requires the purchaser to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including environmental and safety regulations.
• The sale is for 1 LOT of pad mount transformers, with a minimum bid price of $5,000.00 per unit of issue.
• The transformers are stored on concrete pads at two locations on Selfridge ANGB, MI, with a total estimated weight of 52,159 lbs.
• The purchaser must remove the transformers within 30 calendar days of email notification from the DLA Disposition Services SPOC.
• The contract includes provisions for payment, performance, and termination, as well as requirements for reporting and record-keeping.
