Description
The City of Kingsland is soliciting proposals for the purchase of a Diesel Powered 7.3 Cubic Yard Regenerative Air Street Sweeper. The sweeper must be new, of current manufacture, and meet various specifications, including a minimum 12-month warranty, operator's manual, and training. The proposal must include the total cost of the sweeper, number of days for delivery, and a signed statement certifying that the bid is made without prior understanding or connection with any other bidder.
• The street sweeper must be new, of current manufacture, and the model/series must have been in continuous production for at least ten (10) years.
• The supplier must provide references from five (5) current customers using the model offered.
• All components required for proper operation and reliability must be included and meet or exceed industry standards for durability and performance.
• The unit shall be delivered fully assembled, serviced, and ready for immediate operation, with supplier-provided startup support and operator instruction.
• The unit shall carry a comprehensive warranty for a minimum of 12 months or 1,000 operating hours covering materials and workmanship.
