The Town of Tyrone is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the standby generator at Sewer Pump Station #3. The scope includes removal and environmentally‑compliant disposal of the existing unit, supply and installation of a new Cummins C125N6 propane‑fuel generator set, complete factory‑authorized start‑up and testing, and a 30‑day warranty on labor and parts. The work must be completed within 30 calendar days of receiving the Notice to Proceed and must comply with all applicable safety, environmental, and licensing requirements.
• Remove and dispose of the existing generator per legal standards.
• Install a Cummins C125N6 (125 kW, 277/480 V, propane) generator set with full mounting, fuel, exhaust, and control‑panel integration.
• Perform factory‑authorized start‑up, functional testing, and a simulated power‑outage demonstration.
• Provide a one‑year contractor warranty and a two‑year manufacturer warranty.
• Adhere to NFPA 110 Level 2, UL 2200, OSHA, and local noise/ environmental regulations.
