The work includes all associated mechanical, electrical, and civil tasks required to bring the new unit into service in accordance with the contract documents and technical specifications (Project PW‑2026‑05). The contract value is estimated between $40,000 and $60,000 and must be performed by a firm licensed under Georgia law. Bids are due November 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
