Description
The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is seeking qualified agencies to provide two distinct services: (1) coached, monitored family time sessions that facilitate safe, structured interactions between parents and their children, and (2) safe child‑custody exchange locations for families experiencing conflict or communication difficulties. Contractors will be responsible for staffing, training, and operating family‑time centers, developing individualized coaching plans, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining detailed records for reporting to DCFS. The contract is open‑ended, with performance expectations tied to service quality, safety outcomes, and client satisfaction.
• Provide coached, supervised parent‑child visitation sessions.
