Description
The New Mexico Corrections Department is seeking a 20-year office lease agreement for up to 3,282 leasable square feet in Los Lunas, New Mexico. The proposal should include a description of the proposed premises, lease commencement date, square footage, parking, utilities, and special services. The evaluation criteria include base cost, operating cost, escalation rate, geographic location, quality of leased space, parking, and energy efficiencies initiatives. The proposal should be submitted in hard copy, with one original and five copies, and should not exceed 30 pages.
