Monterey‑Salinas Transit District is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and install outdoor‑rated digital‑display units at three existing transit centers and twenty‑six JAZZ BRT shelters (plus spares). The displays must run the Message Point Media MP.TV application directly, support Wi‑Fi and 4G (AT&T FirstNet) connectivity, and include warranty, reliability data, and knowledge‑transfer to MST staff. No civil, electrical, or foundation work is required, and audio components are explicitly excluded. Bids are submitted electronically via the Bonfire portal; all required forms and certifications must be attached.
