Monterey Salinas Transit District (MST) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and install 170 full‑color, low‑profile digital display units on its 83‑bus Gillig fleet, plus four spares. The displays must run the MPM MP.TV application directly, support Wi‑Fi and AT&T FirstNet 4G, auto‑adjust brightness, and meet MTBF/reliability standards. The vendor must provide installation, training, warranty documentation, and comply with California prevailing‑wage, licensing, and federal requirements. Key points:
