RFI - Military Tandem Course

The US Air Force is conducting a market survey for a Military Tandem Course. The course should provide instructor(s) and instruction leading to military tandem certification for four military tandem instructor candidates. The contractor must provide certified instructors with their own parachute and video documentation equipment. The course should be conducted at the Test Parachute Program (TPP) contracted civilian drop zone in Perris, CA. The contractor must be an approved MAJCOM-PPPM and/or USSOCOM vendor for Military Tandem instruction. Key requirements include: • Providing a certified USAF Military Tandem Course of instruction • Providing certified instructors with their own parachute and video documentation equipment • Conducting the course at the Test Parachute Program (TPP) contracted civilian drop zone in Perris, CA • Providing military tandem packing certification for riggers • Meeting the performance objectives and thresholds outlined in the Statement of Work
