Description
The Idaho Military Division is seeking a qualified vendor to supply galvanized steel posts for the Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) program at the Orchard Combat Training Center and Simco Training Area. The requirement covers two post sizes – 10‑ft (1‑7/8” OD, 16 ga) and 6‑ft Schedule 40 (1‑5/8” OD). The contract will be on‑call, with an initial two‑year term and the possibility of up to three one‑year extensions, totaling a maximum of five years. The vendor must provide fully‑burdened pricing, deliver within 14 calendar days of order acknowledgment, and meet specific packaging (triple‑banded, raised flat‑bed) and insurance requirements.
• Provide galvanized steel posts (10 ft and 6 ft) meeting exact dimensions and coating specifications.
• Deliver (or enable pickup within 50 mi) within 14 days of order acknowledgment; FOB Destination.
