Description
The U.S. Army, USFK Headquarters at Camp Humphreys, seeks a contractor to supply, install, integrate, test, and turn over a complete Audio‑Visual/Video Teleconference (AV/VTC) system across multiple conference rooms (J1, J3, J5, J8, PMO, KIM). The effort includes all hardware, software licenses, accessories, shipping, installation, configuration, programming, functional verification, documentation, and warranty support. The contract may be awarded on an all‑or‑none basis for the full requirement, with the government reserving the right to award individual CLINs. Offerors must already possess or obtain all required Republic of Korea business authorizations. Quotations are due 15 Sept 2026 (10 AM KST) and will be evaluated on technical compliance and lowest price. The contractor must deliver equipment within 120 days of award and complete installation, integration, testing, and turnover within 150 days of award.
