Description
Parkland Health (Dallas County Hospital District) seeks up to three steady‑state network engineers on a three‑year IDIQ contract to support high‑performance Cisco‑centric network, voice, video, wireless, and security environments across its facilities. The work includes design, implementation, troubleshooting, major‑incident management, on‑site and remote support, and on‑call rotation, with strict compliance to HIPAA, HITRUST, and Texas regulations. Vendors must submit a complete technical proposal, meet extensive security and credentialing requirements, and provide all‑inclusive pricing.
• Provide on‑site network engineering services (design, deployment, support) for Cisco voice, video, wireless, and security suites.
• Support major‑incident management, on‑call rotation, and hybrid work (on‑site + remote).
• Comply with HIPAA/HITECH, vendor‑credentialing (Symplr), insurance, and boycott/foreign‑ownership certifications.
