Intent to Sole Source- RPS-62 Radar Systems

The Marine Corps (MC) intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract to RADA Technologies, LLC for the procurement of non-commercial RPS-62 radar systems, software/firmware releases, and associated licenses, spares, ancillary components, maintenance, and repairs, as well as engineering services for the Marine Air Defense Integrated System (MADIS) program. The RPS-62 radar system is a readily available solution that has been integrated within the size, weight, and power parameters of the JLTV. The contract is expected to be a hybrid Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee/Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of five years. Some key points about this opportunity include: • The RPS-62 radar system is the only known and currently available solution that satisfies Product Manager Future Weapon Systems' (PdM FWS) requirements. • The Government anticipates awarding a hybrid contract with a period of performance of five years. • Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements and past performance data, but the Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice.
