Description
The VA Philadelphia Healthcare System’s Dermatology department needs a vendor to supply, install, and commission two StarTrol wall‑mounted lights and assemble one StarTrol mobile light. The work must be completed within one week, with a 30‑day performance window after the purchase order is issued (approximately 09/15/2026‑10/14/2026). The contractor must coordinate with VA facilities, remove packaging waste, and ensure compliance with OSHA, HAZMAT, and VA safety directives. Delivery, installation, and final acceptance are to be managed on‑site at 3900 Woodland Ave, Philadelphia, PA.
