The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Upper Midwest Water Science Center is establishing a four‑year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure virus isolation, molecular RNA analysis, quantitative RT‑PCR, sequencing, and related laboratory services for avian influenza virus samples. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price BPA with a $300,000 maximum ordering limit, covering a range of analytical tasks from egg inoculation to data delivery, and requires a fully accredited BSL‑2/3 laboratory capable of handling infectious agents. Vendors must be registered in SAM and comply with extensive security, DEI, and FAR provisions.
