Request for Proposals: ADA Transition Plan Services

The Town of Boxborough is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services for a self-evaluation and transition plan in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The selected candidate will work with the Town's Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee to prepare a Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan that complies with ADA requirements. The plan will include a self-assessment survey, building and facility surveys, and the development of model policies and procedures. The successful proposer will provide a realistic timetable for the project and meet with the Town's Director of Public Facilities, ADA Coordinator, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee to review the scope and schedule of work. Key services include: • Self-assessment survey and report • Building and facility surveys • Development of model policies and procedures • Preparation of a draft ADA Self-Evaluation Report and Transition Plan • Presentation of the final report and plan to the Town's Director of Public Facilities, ADA Coordinator, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee The Town reserves the right to cancel this RFP or reject any and all proposals if it is determined to be in the best interests of the Town.
