Description
The Westford Housing Authority is seeking bids for the renovation of 41 bathrooms across six residential buildings. The project involves the installation of 37 new light oak vanities and 4 ADA-compliant wall-mounted sinks with cabinets, as well as the installation of new sheet vinyl flooring in 40 units. The work is estimated to cost $119,314.25. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J and minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
