26-0031 Loop Ground Storage Tank Improvements

The New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the Loop Ground Storage Tank (GST) Improvements project. The project includes the demolition of existing facilities, installation of pumps, motors, valves, and other equipment, as well as site grading, retaining wall construction, and restoration. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The project is expected to be completed within 12 months. Key features of the project include: * Demolition of existing Loop 337 GST pump station facilities * Installation of pumps, motors, valves, flow meter, electrical improvements, SCADA, instrumentation controls, security controls, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and electrical building * Site grading and retaining wall construction * Restoration of the site * Compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA and TCEQ requirements The contractor will be required to provide a detailed construction schedule, ensure safety and security during construction, and maintain a clean and organized work site.
