Description
The Hermiston School District 8R seeks a professional photography vendor to provide comprehensive school‑year photography services for roughly 5,300 students and 675 staff across ten schools. The vendor must manage on‑site photo sessions, produce printed and digital images, create ID cards, and supply bilingual marketing and ordering materials, all while meeting strict scheduling and quality standards.
• Conduct fall (mandatory) and optional spring photo sessions, completing all shoots by September 15 each year.
• Deliver five individual color prints per student, school‑specific photo albums, ID cards (with barcodes), and digital copies compatible with the district’s Student Information System before November 1.
• Provide on‑site staffing of at least three personnel, a dedicated phone line for parents/staff, and free use of school facilities; handle retake sessions at no charge and supply English/Spanish promotional flyers and order envelopes.
• Submit unit‑based pricing for all photo package options on the required Offer Form, with prices valid for a minimum of 60 days.
• Contract term of three years (July 1 2025 – June 30 2028) with two optional one‑year renewals.
